In the past 10+ years as an investor/developer and agent, John has been told that he lives and breathes all elements of real estate. Whether it’s helping others buy and sell, or investing himself, doing what he loves is never work at all; in fact, it’s as rewarding as a career gets. John feels fortunate to be able to improve the quality of his clients’ lives and build lifelong relationships. This is the true heart of his success.

In his past life, John was in marketing and design. These talents and skills will always be with him, and have impacted his business greatly. He is able to help clients visualize new exciting opportunities, to make great investments; and he can showcase sellers’ homes at their best, to move quickly and at top price. John specializes in the downtown markets, but has helped buyers and sellers in other neighborhoods and outside of Manhattan as well. He regularly redevelops property throughout New York to keep his own hand in the game.

Born and raised in NYC, John attended college in Philadelphia, where he invests in new construction. He enjoys staying active and loves exploring New York. John frequently throws fundraisers at his real estate development projects to give back to the community, and to organizations like Cerebral Palsy Association.
